The Revolver I has it

My revolver finally showed up, It looks very nice being a 8" long barrel. what the hell would you being doing with a 2" anyway. Not so great is fact its a .20 airsoft rather than a .357, now that would have some lovely weight.

Biggest problem is the revolver is BLACK! for fuck sake! I ordered as CHROME one the picture was CHROME but the dammed sites order code turns out to be for the black gun. No mention of this very important fact in the site or emails or has it changed since I emailed them, No reply to my emails about this fact either!

Useless People

I have emailed and used contact forms to get in contact with various airsoft retailers here and suppliers abroad. 99% no reply despite multiple messages. This is fucking annoying given the bashing and abuse airsoft gets here from greedy retailers and the Fuck useless government, with their blasted laws to stop personal import and shops having import licences, Its a bloody monopoly is what it is. Aside from the toy guns themselves getting supplies like CO2 is a pain. A supplier with €18 for 50x12g caplets will not get back to me the useless twat and they are a massive supplier as well. Its almost as if they don't want to make money. Its getting a lot like I will have to get the €38 for 50x12g caplets box, not happy with that. I will mess with eBay and see what I can pull out of that mess that is what was eBay, Before they screwed it up.

Looking for a Wingun 8" Revolver 6mm

Been trying to get links to a Wingun/WG 8" Revolver, also called the "Super Sport 7". RSOV is out of stock and no where else seems to have a 8" version in stock, at least in 6mm. Seen 4.5mm versions but you need a gun licence for those toys here and their impossible to get.
Been asking some airsoft sellers in my country and one I might be forced to go with when RSOV has them for $174 shipped and local wants $220 for the 6" you can seen why I am looking for a decent supplier. Why not go for the 6", simple they are common the 8" is more elusive and therefore more desirable. The silver version is the main one to find as the black while cheaper has a weak hammer, which is why I am trying to find the V2 8" Silver version.

Edgi MP001 Upgrade Kit is on its way

I ordered this kit as my JG MP001 a older copy version of VSR-10 rifle is getting old. Hell it went old withing a few hundred shots as the sears went in it. Or to be more accurate the Piston Sear got worn. Given the quality of the construction to the trigger housing this is not that much of a surprise. The lack of casting quality also helps for it to be just enough out of alignment with the receiver to make the Piston sear have even less of a grip than it should. The Piston Sear in the MPoo1 pushes up against the piston when hold it pack a not great condition that causes wear.



So I finally got in contact with Edgi and went to get the kit, Now I had enquired about this kit last year and been but off by the price. I bloody well should not have been! The result is the kit with less parts cost me even more now, Edgi seems to have got into the less stuff more money thinking. What did I not get that was in the old kit the cylinder that's what. Hopefully the original cylinder I have is worth saving the $75 quid it would have cost to replace on.

Mp001 Airsoft Rifle for 20 May 2007

have a JP MP001 sniper rifle, wood coloured plastic body, 3-12x mil scope, stand and 2 x spare mags and 6,000 .25g, 6,000 .20g and 8,000 .12g or so ammo. My problem started a while after I starting using the rifle, in that I noticed it used to slip forward and double load, nothing major just a shotgun load. Then it got worse and started firing without the trigger being touched at all. This took the head of the safety knob off, Now its real bad and the bolt will not even hold on the catch when being pushed forward to load. The reason as far as I can make out is that the Piston sear is worn somewhat. I filed the edge of the sear assembly where it contacts and filed some of the material off the pin to the side of the piston sear. This resulted in it lasting about a hundred shots before starting to slip again. I am driven up the wall looking for a replacement piston sear. Gunners who I got it don't sell spare parts and the VSR 10 gspec has similar but not 100% compatible parts. I looked up a guy edgi and he has new replacement sears whoever I have to buy new cylinder and piston too, cost of these replacement upgrades are the same as what I paid for the whole gun €190. with this price I am tempted to buy VSR parts and file the hell out of them, but their potmetal as well and will probable wear out fast as well.
Any one got a source of cheaper parts or know where I can get upgrade (steel) parts for less.

Currently 75% complete in tuning homemade steel sear just have to get the pin right and stop it jamming the cylinder. Will post finished pics in day or two.

Further update
fucked up the small spring that holds the sear up so project on hold until fixed.
